I joined Pick n Profit (PnP) in Jan this year and ordered my free website the same month. My first payout was made at the end of March direct to my bank account.

Simply put PnP offers a free website with multiple splash pages. You only pay for hosting. When you share your free website and/or splash pages PnP pays for leads generated. The amount paid depends on the status of the lead.

When a referral submits his email address you are credited with $0.01 increasing to $1.00 when the email is verified. When the lead orders the free website you are paid between $25-$100 depending on your own membership level. A lead upgrade can apparently generate a payment of $1,000 but I have not yet received more than the $25 per lead which in itself is a good return on an email lead.

The program has a very simple concept and I have been very impressed by the responsiveness of the PnP owner, Jose Geraldes who cleared up my queries promptly and also went the extra mile to help with some issues I had setting up Wise to pay into my bank account in local currency the first time.

What I Dislike
I have come across a couple of traffic exchanges which have banned PnP which is annoying but I don't have any issues with PnP itself.
